Through advanced Process Mining and AI technologies, Intellifold turns time-stamped event data from ERP, CRM, and other systems into actionable insights, live monitoring, and a foundation for continuous improvement across business processes.
Various connectors and integration methods can be used to extract data from source systems (ERP, CRM, custom applications etc.). This includes database connectors (MSSQL, Oracle, Postgres), APIs (cloud applications), manual uploads (CSV, TXT), and custom build extractors (e.g. Python). The platform allows for automated scheduling and setting up schemas for smart append and update options for loading data.
Analytical tools with a SQL-like language or visual analysis builder are available to perform deeper analysis of your data. We also offer Machine Learning and statistical analyses that can predict future outcomes or risks. For example, the tool might predict which ongoing cases are likely to miss a deadline, if a known issue is likely to occur, or which customers might churn based on patterns.
